Lead Representative
Felix Uadiale is a current overseas professional and graduate with a Master’s degree in Business Management from Florida Memorial University. Felix Uadiale joined his past collegiate teammate to help elevate and grow CSA Basketball. Connecting student-athletes with opportunities to pursue their goals has been a long-standing personal goal. Now, being able to impact the lives of youth through CSA basketball is exactly what Felix has been looking to do as a lead representative for CSA.
Director of Basketball Operations
Kofi Danso is a former collegiate college basketball player, graduate from Carolina University and Southwestern College with degrees in Economics, Business management, IS3D, and a minor in Business Administration. With this and his passion to impact lives through basketball, he helps drive CSA and pushes to elevate the next generation to success in their lives. Kofi is experienced in building recruiting pipelines and player developing with athletes for NCAA Division I, Division II, NJCAA, and NAIA competition. His specialization in talent evaluation, player development, and scholarship placement makes him a valuable director of basketball operations for CSA Basketball.

We believe that student-athletes who have aspirations to play at the collegiate level should be well prepared for their career and not just in their sport, but also in their life skills.

Our motivation for offering these services is help student-athletes grow as humans as well as basketball players. Through hands on mentoring, training, and our other services we will assist in recruitment.

What began as an idea between two college players led to us creating a platform for players to be seen by coaches. Now, we not only help with that, but we provide our services in assisting with off-court growth. Our aim is to help young student-athletes grow as humans and strive the highest level possible!
